Anait is a Montreal-based painter and engraver known for her poetic, symbolist imagery and technical mastery in etching and mixed media. Her work bridges dream and myth, often weaving narrative fragments through delicately layered forms.

With decades of artistic practice shaped in Canada, Armenia and Russia, her work reflects both discipline and intuitive depth.

Anait’s work has been widely exhibited across Canada, Europe and the United States. Her pieces are part of numerous notable public and private collections, including Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, the National Bank of Canada, Bell Canada, RBC, the Stokert Collection in Munich and Brendel Leuchten GmbH in Berlin, among others.

She has presented solo exhibitions in Montreal, Toronto, Yerevan, Washington D.C. and Luxembourg, and participated in international biennials and exhibitions in France, Japan, Italy, Poland and Scotland.

Over the years, her work has also received recognition through various distinctions and awards within the international printmaking and fine art communities.
