Shipping
We offer shipping across Canada and internationally. Shipping fees vary based on the artwork’s size, weight, packing requirements, and destination.
Because all artworks require custom handling, buyers must contact us prior to placing their order to receive a shipping quote. Once the quote is approved, a separate payment link for shipping will be provided.
Once shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided.
Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days within Canada and 3 to 21 business days internationally.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
All orders are securely packed and fully insured.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, where applicable. Galerie Angelina is not liable for shipping delays outside our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping quote.
Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations of their country. Galerie Angelina does not cover, reimburse, or advise on customs charges, and is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or clearance procedures.
Delivery, Inspection & Insurance Requirements
To maintain eligibility for insurance coverage, buyers must unpack and inspect the artwork within 24 hours of delivery.
Any damage must be reported to Galerie Angelina within this timeframe so that an insurance claim can be filed. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for coverage.
Insurance Limitations & Restricted Destinations
Insurance coverage is subject to the conditions of our insurer. Certain countries or regions affected by war, terrorism, or political or social instability may not be eligible for insurance coverage.
Buyers are responsible for verifying whether their destination is eligible. A list of restricted destinations can be found at: Travel advice and advisories – Travel.gc.ca.
Galerie Angelina is not liable for shipments sent to destinations where insurance coverage is unavailable.
Availability
While we aim to keep our online selection current, availability is not guaranteed. If an item is no longer available, you will be contacted with alternative options or a credit.
Currency & Payment Processing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If your payment method is issued in a different currency, the final amount charged may vary based on your bank or credit card provider’s exchange rate and conversion fees at the time of purchase. Galerie Angelina is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or additional charges applied by your financial institution.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility
Requests for exchanges must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Conditions
- Only artworks in original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
- Approved returns will receive a credit note valid for three (3) months.
- Refunds are not issued.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping, proper packaging, and any associated costs.
- The buyer is fully responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
- Galerie Angelina is not liable for items lost, damaged, or improperly packaged during return transit.
Exceptions
Sale items, commissions and unique, one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit.
